We are seeking for an enthusiastic student/young professional to undertake a 3 to 6 months’ placement and join our London-Shoreditch based office! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within an international environment and discover the world of recruitment with a 360-degree view. The successful applicant will receive on-going support and training during the internship in order to progressively acquire a deep knowledge of the industry and a full understanding of a recruiter’s job.
What will be your main responsibilities?
- Select and use suitable sourcing tools (professional/social networks, job boards, referrals, etc.) to source relevant candidates for determinate vacancies;
- Monitor our in-house recruitment database in order to make sure that candidates, vacancies and customers are accurately updated;
- Schedule first contacts with candidates to provide an efficient screening to the manager;
- Track the latest news, innovation trends and influencers within the fashion and recruitment sectors to acquire an extensive knowledge of the industry, develop new sourcing strategies but also detect potential market and customers;
- Suggest, create and set up new digital strategies to spread our vacancies on internet, identify new candidates and build a solid online reputation.
Who is the successful applicant?
A current student towards a Master degree (in business, marketing, HR or related fields) with the following skills:
- Excellent Microsoft office skills i.e., Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word;
- Experience using social media tools in a previous internship context;
- High level of English is mandatory – Other languages are more than welcome;
- Strong team player with good written/verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach, able to identify opportunities and take initiatives;
- Deep Interest in the fashion industry.
