WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking our workshops, you agree to a few important terms and conditions. Please make sure that you read this before reserving your seat.
General
These workshop General Terms and Conditions include the Specific terms hereafter as well as the Privacy & Cookies Policy on our websites (www.gm-fashioncareer.com and www.jobs.gm-fashioncareer.com/). They also constitute the binding legal agreement between G&M Fashion Career SL, a Spanish company (CIF: B67112623), registered office at G&M Fashion Career SL
Calle Corçega 284, Pis 1, 08008 Barcelona (SPAIN) (hereafter referred to as “G&M” “We”, “Us”) and the participants (hereafter referred to as “Participants “, “You”, “Yours”). Failure to comply with these terms will result in your order/ participation being declined.
By registering to our Workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these General Terms in their entirety, please do not register to our Workshop.
We reserve the right to update, revise, supplement and otherwise modify these Workshop Terms & conditions and all other related policies on our Websites, without any prior notice. We recommend that you revisit this page regularly to keep informed of the current Workshop terms that apply to your registration. The amended Terms or other related policies will be posted on our Websites. By registering to our Workshop, you will be deemed to have agreed to any changes or updates to our Workshop Terms & Conditions.
Payment
The payment of the registration fee for the workshop is due at the time of booking via online payment. Once the payment of the fee has been received in full, we will email you a payment confirmation as well as the exact details of the workshop (location, date, what to bring, etc.
Spanish VAT will be added to your order on checkout.
Registration fees will be charged in EUR. They can be made through Credit – debit Cards (Accepting Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments from customers worldwide.
Cancellations & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your participation in our Workshop. A request for cancellation is valid only if it has been submitted in writing to info@gm-fashioncareer.com and its receipt is acknowledged by G&M.
A request for cancellation submitted in writing to info@gm-fashioncareer.com at least 10 days before the start date of the workshop date will be fully refunded. No refund will be issued on or after the date of the workshop.
If you are unable to attend a Workshop and submit a cancellation request in writing at info@gm-fashioncareer.com, into the 10 days preceding the workshop, we’ll allow you to pick an alternative workshop date instead.
G&M reserves the right to CANCEL and/or RESCHEDULE any Workshop at any time. In the event G&M cancels a scheduled Workshop, we will notify all registered Participants immediately, who are entitled to either a full refund, or to participation in a rescheduled Workshop at a later date. G&M does not refund travel, lodging and/or meal expenses in the event of a Workshop cancellation. Leadership Coaching recommends booking refundable travel arrangements.
Funds Copyright & Privacy
Copyright and all intellectual property rights in our Workshop and material remains the property of G&M. Participants are expressly forbidden from recording and sharing Workshop’s material with non-participants.
By participating to our workshop, you consent to G&M using video recordings and screenshots where your image may be included, along with any quotes made by you, or photographs of you, for marketing purposes, such as in various publications, press releases, promotional activities, or other related endeavours. This material may also appear on the Leadership Coaching’s internet web page or related social media pages.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall G&M be liable for any lost data or content, lost profits or revenue, business interruption or damage to goodwill (in each case whether direct or indirect) or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, arising out of your participation or of your inability to participate to our Workshop, or any information, or transactions provided in the Workshop.
You assume total responsibility and risk for your participation in the Workshop. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, and other information provided through the Workshop.
In any event the maximum liability to you for any claim arising (whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise) from this Workshop shall be limited to the applicable fee paid in respect of the Workshop that is the subject matter of the claim.
Disclaimer
You expressly acknowledge that in the course of undertaking the Workshop use is made of water, food, chemicals, art tools and other materials, which are all used at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim any liability to you for any injury to you or loss to your property however occurring before, during or after a Workshop while you are on premises we legally control.
