Looking for a client focus and Luxury expert Team Manager to join one of the stores of a well-known Maison based in Northern Europe.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and develop the category assigned to you within the business
• Lead, motivate and develop your team by providing training and animation, to create a unique customer experience and support them to reach their objectives
• Leverage the VM of your category
• Be a brand ambassador and deliver the highest level of market expertise for your clients
• Implement strategies to optimise the product performance

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar team manager role, within a luxury or client-focus retail brand
• Economics, Marketing or Business Management relates studies
• Extensive people skills with a strong management background
• Sensitivity to fashion and latest market trends
• English proficiency is requested – German, Dutch and other languages would be a plus
