REVIEW SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking one or more review services provided by G&M Fashion Career SL, you agree to a few important Terms and Conditions. Please, make sure that you read this before proceeding to the payment and reservation:
General
These ‘review services’ general Terms and Conditions include the Specific terms hereafter as well as the Privacy & Cookies Policy on our website (www.gm-fashioncareer.com). They also constitute the binding legal agreement between G&M Fashion Career SL, a Spanish company (CIF: B67112623), registered office at Calle Córçega 281, Pis 1, 08008 Barcelona (hereafter referred to as “G&M” “We”, “Us”) and the Candidate (hereafter referred to as “Candidate“, “You”, “Yours”). Failure to comply with these Terms will result in your order being declined.
By proceeding to the payment and reservation of one or more of our review services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these General Terms in their entirety, please do not proceed to the order.
We reserve the right to update, revise, supplement and otherwise modify these Terms & Conditions and all other related policies on our Website, without any prior notice. We recommend that you revisit this page regularly to keep informed of the current career & review services’ Terms that apply to your reservation. The amended Terms or other related policies will be posted on our Website. By booking one or more career coaching & review services provided by G&M Fashion Career SL, you will be deemed to have agreed to any changes or updates to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment
The payment of one or more review services is due at the time of booking via online payment. Once the payment of the fee has been received in full, we will email you a payment confirmation as well as the steps to follow.
Spanish VAT will be included to your order on checkout.
Registration fees will be charged in EUR. They can be made through Credit – debit Cards (Accepting Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments from customers worldwide.
Cancellations & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your reservation. A request for cancellation is valid only if it has been submitted in writing to info@gm-fashioncareer.com and its receipt is acknowledged by G&M.
A request for cancellation submitted in writing to info@gm-fashioncareer.com up to 24 hours following the reservation will be fully refunded. No refund will be issued after more than 24 hours following the reservation.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled call/ presential session with our consultant, you should submit a cancellation request in writing at the email address provided by your consultant or to info@gm-fashioncareer.com. We’ll allow you to pick an alternative date and time instead.
G&M reserves the right to CANCEL and/or RESCHEDULE any call/ presential session at any time.
G&M does not refund travel, lodging and/or meal expenses in the event of a cancellation.
Funds Copyright & Privacy
Copyright and all intellectual property rights in our career coaching & review services remain the property of G&M. Candidates are expressly forbidden from recording and sharing our material with any third party.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall G&M be liable for any lost data or content, lost profits or revenue, business interruption or damage to goodwill (in each case whether direct or indirect) or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, arising out of your reservation or of your inability to attend to a call/presential session, or any information, or transactions provided during the process.
It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, and other information provided.
In any event the maximum liability to you for any claim arising (whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise) shall be limited to the applicable fee paid in respect of the career and/or review service(s) contracted that is the subject matter of the claim.
Disclaimer
You expressly acknowledge that in the course of undertaking a presential career coaching session, the use of water, food, chemicals, art tools and other materials are all used at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim any liability to you for any injury to you or loss to your property however occurring before, during or after a Workshop while you are on premises we legally control.
