What you’ll do:

• Creative Design: ConceptualiSe and design sneaker collections that embody the essence of the brand, blending global trends with their unique product attributes.

• Prototype Development: Collaborate closely with the development team to create prototypes and samples, ensuring that the final designs meet the brand’s quality and aesthetic standards, including color combinations for new developments.

• Trend Research: Stay updated on fashion trends, materials, and technologies in sneaker design, applying these insights to new collections.

• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, production, and sales teams to ensure design consistency and the commercial success of collections.

• Design Presentations: Prepare and present sketches and design proposals to management and internal teams, adjusting concepts as necessary based on feedback.

• Sustainability: Integrate sustainable practices and eco-friendly materials into the design process, aligning with the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years in footwear design, specifically within the sneaker sector.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design tools.

• A solid understanding of the footwear production process and materials.
