STORE MANAGER
We are looking for a Store Manager in Barcelona. As a true ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales while ensuring an exceptional client experience in line with the brand’s luxury standards.
What you’ll do:
Lead the team to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving loyalty and engagement.
Organize and participate in exclusive client events to enhance the boutique experience.
Ensure optimal stock levels and accurate inventory management.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation.
Manage and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Oversee all operational aspects of the boutique, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
What you’ll bring:
At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a strong background in leading and developing teams.
A deep understanding of high-end client service and the ability to build long-term relationships with discerning clientele.
A strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to drive business performance and optimize operations.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills to inspire and develop the team.
A keen eye for visual merchandising and brand representation.
Proficiency in boutique operations, stock management, and financial performance monitoring.
Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
