We are looking for a Store Manager in Barcelona. As a true ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales while ensuring an exceptional client experience in line with the brand’s luxury standards.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the team to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving loyalty and engagement.

  • Organize and participate in exclusive client events to enhance the boutique experience.

  • Ensure optimal stock levels and accurate inventory management.

  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation.

  • Manage and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the boutique, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a strong background in leading and developing teams.

  • A deep understanding of high-end client service and the ability to build long-term relationships with discerning clientele.

  • A strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to drive business performance and optimize operations.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills to inspire and develop the team.

  • A keen eye for visual merchandising and brand representation.

  • Proficiency in boutique operations, stock management, and financial performance monitoring.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
