What you’ll do:

• Research and identify the latest fashion trends in lingerie and ready-to-wear (RTW) to create innovative collections that align with the brand's identity.

• Develop mood boards and select colors, materials, and textures for each section of the collection.

• Sketch models and prepare technical sheets to facilitate sample development.

• Oversee the sample development process, providing insights for potential improvements.

• Travel to key fashion cities and production countries for shopping and development trips, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the collection’s needs.

What you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or a related field.

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

• International experience is highly valued and preferred.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
