What you’ll do:
Conduct in-depth research on fashion trends, from runway shows and street style to social media and cultural shifts, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of innovation.
Develop seasonal trend boards and presentations to inspire and guide design, merchandising, and creative teams.
Create original, trend-right concepts across all women’s apparel categories, from tops and dresses to denim and outerwear.
Oversee the entire design process, from concept to production, ensuring collections align with the brand’s vision and commercial goals.
Partner closely with buying, production, sourcing, and creative teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in fashion design, with a strong track record in trend forecasting and product development.
A deep passion for fashion trends, with an expert understanding of consumer insights, market shifts, and emerging technologies..
Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D design software (Clo3D, etc.), and AI-driven design tools.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
