Client Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Client Development Manager to join our luxury store in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving client engagement and building lasting relationships with our top clientele.
What you’ll do:
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with top clients and enhance brand loyalty.
Identify opportunities to attract high-potential clients for the boutique.
Build strong marketing and event partnerships across the Netherlands.
Optimize client segmentation and targeting to maximize ROI.
Boost client loyalty, with a focus on local clientele, in collaboration with Store and Department Managers.
Manage and oversee client experiences, including events and trunk shows.
Train and guide the boutique team on clienteling and relationship-building practices.
Oversee CDM reporting, offering insights and recommendations.
Track and analyze the results and profitability of all initiatives.
Maintain and update customer data systems.
Ensure adherence to the House’s standards in client experiences, merchandising, and operations.
Act as a brand ambassador at all public and store events.
Stay updated on the global marketing calendar and competitor activity.
Keep informed about local and international market trends.
What you’ll bring:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar luxury brand role with strong clienteling expertise.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organised.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
