We are seeking for a qualified and inspiring Store Director with background in Luxury to join a prestigious Maison based in Northern Europe.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and motivate your team, leading by example, being a brand’s ambassador and spreading its philosophy
• Monitor the turnover and budget of the store to increase sales and reach your objectives
• Identify gaps and implement an action plan to improve the profitability of your PoS
• Optimise the purchase experience and customer satisfaction by offering an excellent treatment through mystery shopping and a stand out experience
• Supervise the recruitment and training of the team, as well as giving performance evaluations and monitoring their progress.
• Control the image and exposure of the product in store according to the criteria of VM

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position 
• Economics, Marketing or Business Management relates studies
• Dynamic and versatile person with a strong management background (at least 5 direct reports) 
• Excellent product knowledge at a technical level
• Sensitivity to fashion and latest market trends
• English proficiency is requested – German, Dutch and other languages would be a plus
