We are looking for a Boutique Manager in Brussels. As a true ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales in line with Christian Dior’s brand standards.
What you’ll do:
Drive sales: Optimise sales by recruiting new clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering client loyalty.
Build a client network: Be a brand ambassador, participate in local events outside the boutique, and coordinate in-store events.
Monitor sales and inventory needs: Ensure appropriate stock levels and product assortment by closely tracking sales reports and merchandise needs.
Oversee visual merchandising: Supervise window displays and maintain high standards of visual merchandising within the boutique.
Team management: Ensure strong presence on the sales floor while managing and supporting the team.
Employee development: Manage, mentor, and train the sales team, focusing on developing their skills to support growth. Develop the boutique’s managerial team.
Boutique management:
Performance monitoring: Drive business performance using KPIs to meet boutique targets.
Collaboration with leadership: Work closely with the General Manager on sales strategies, client events, and team management.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on boutique performance.
Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate with finance, purchasing, marketing, visual merchandising, HR, and training teams to ensure the boutique's development.
Operational oversight: Supervise all operational aspects of the boutique.
What you'll bring:
At least 7 years of experience in luxury retail and boutique management, with significant expertise in team management, stock control, merchandising, and visual merchandising.
Ability to be a brand ambassador and provide an excellent level of customer service.
Full understanding of boutique operations, including financial and budget management.
Proficiency with digital tools.
Strong initiative, commercial acumen, and a passion for the fashion industry.
Creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
